SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of paid order. During certain times, your order may take
me longer to ship. If this should happen, you will be notified by email immediately. All shipping prices include the
cost of insurance and delivery confirmation.
At this time I only offer United States Post Office Priority mail which usually arrives in about 2-3 days. There may
be factors beyond my control in which this may be longer. This may include, but not be limited to, weather or
Holidays. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. The U.S. Post Office does not guarantee that your
package will be delivered in 2-3 days, but I find that it usually does.
There are no refunds on shipping.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Although I am confident you will be happy with your purchase, I do offer RISK FREE shopping. If you are not
satisfied with your purchase you may return the unused item to me within 7 DAYS of receipt of your order. Please
use my Contact form to submit a Return or Exchange. Please include:
your name, address, phone number, order number, merchandise being returned, reason for the return and
return shipping information (method and tracking number).
I will send you, via email, a Return Authorization Number.
Merchandise must be shipped in secure packaging. Any merchandise received damaged will be returned to the
customer and no refund will be issued. All returns MUST be shipped insured and with delivery confirmation. I
will assume no responsibility for lost or stolen returns not insured and without delivery confirmation.
Merchandise will be returned back to the customer, and no refund will be issued, if the following occurs;
merchandise shipped after the 7 day period without prior approval and if merchandise is not in the original condition.
I will not accept any merchandise that has been used, worn, soiled, washed or altered in any way.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping will not be refunded.
No shipping charges will apply and will be refunded, however, if ordering a replacement of the same item due to my
error in workmanship.
Refunds will be processed IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of merchandise that meets all requirements as stated above
less shipping charges.
Exchanges are to be handled in the same manner as a return. Simply return the unused item you do not want and
order, as before, the item you do want.
REPAIRS
Repairs will gladly be done for you within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is the customers responsibility.
Customer will not be charged shipping for a repair. Customer may incur a small fee for any beads that need to be
replaced. Follow the same shipping instructions as in the Return section above. I am not responsible for lost, stolen or
damaged shipments. Please use the Contact form to request a repair. Please indicate which item you need repaired
and how the damage may have occurred .
CANCELLATIONS
If you find that you need to cancel your order, for any reason, you may do so anytime before your order ships.
